Do we need to sign a waiver?
Yes. Each parent must sign a waiver before entering the space. We may deny entry to any parent / guardian who does not wish to sign the waiver.
Do you offer food?
Food for purchase will be available at all sessions. Kosher and Vegetarian options are available.
Can I cancel the tickets?
Tickets are non refundable but may be transferred to a family or friend. Please email us if you need to transfer your tickets. firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the age recommendations?
Our play area targets kids from 2 to 8. There is an enclosed crawling & play area for infants! Children under 12 months are FREE! We plan to have one bouncy house designated towards younger children 3 and under.
Do you offer parking?
There is a parking lot around the corner located at 400 West 12th Street. You can also find street parking. Just look closely at the signs to make sure it's a valid parking spot.
What if I am late? Can I transfer my ticket to another session?
Please try and arrive on time. There may not be availability in the following session.

How do I get to your location?
The MLK event will take place in our West Village Loft at 163 Bank Street. We are conveniently located off the West Side Highway. We are near the A/C or 1/2/3 at 14th Street. Or the 1 train at Christopher Street. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the train station, so please plan accordingly.
Is your space stroller accessible?
Yes, and we will have a place to park strollers. Our space is handicap accessible as well.
What if there’s a snow storm?
Check our website for live updates. We will likely be up and running!
Does a Parent / Guardian need to be with the child at all times?
All children under age 5 must be accompanied by a parent at all times. This is NOT a drop off event. However, Children 5 and older may roam the various areas without parental supervision.
Is there a place for my personal belongings?
We will NOT take responsibility for personal belongings. However, we will have a coat check area and a place for strollers.
Are you a nut free facility?
Yes, we do NOT serve any foods with nuts, and we request that you do NOT bring nuts into our facility. However, we cannot guarantee that nuts are not being brought into our play space. If your child has a serve nut allergy please plan accordingly.
What is your sick child policy?
Please be considerate and do not bring any child(ren) into House of Fun when they are ill or have a communicable medical condition (e.g. lice, coxsackie, strep throat, measles, whooping cough, etc.). If they have had a fever within the last 24 hours before your planned visit, please do not bring them into the playspace. We reserve the right to restrict admission and/or send the child home, when, in our opinion, that child is ill or risks the health or well being of other children. We want to keep House of Fun a healthy and safe environment for all kids to play!
Do I need to bring socks to play?
Socks are required for the bouncy houses . We also request you to remove shoes in
the infant zone.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
tickets are available to purchase by the door as long as the session is not sold out. If the session is sold out it will be indicated on the website, on the ticket page.
