Do adults need to buy tickets?Yes, adult tickets cost $10.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?Tickets are available for purchase at the door as long as the session is not sold out. If the session is sold out it will be indicated on our website's ticket page.

What if I am late? Can I transfer my ticket to another session?Please try and arrive on time. There may not be availability in the following session. We will do our best to accommodate you as we understand unforeseen circumstances do occur.

Can I cancel the tickets?Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to a family member or friend. Please email at info@houseoffunnyc.com us if you need to transfer your tickets.

What are the age recommendations?Our play area targets kids from 2 to 12. There is an enclosed crawling & play area for infants! Children under 18 months are FREE when accompanied by a full price child!

Do we need to sign a waiver?Yes. Each parent must sign a waiver before entering the space. We may deny entry to any parent/guardian who does not wish to sign the waiver. The terms and conditions are on the tickets. The waiver is included for you to sign during ticket checkout.

Do you offer food?Yes. Our kosher, nut-free concession stand is open during each session, Sunday-Friday. Our non-kosher, nut-free concession stand is open Saturdays.

Do you offer parking?Paid parking is available in the parking garage next to House of Fun. It is a $20 flat fee for all-day parking.

How do I get to your location?The Q and B line train station is located around the corner from House Of Fun.

Is your space stroller accessible?Yes our space is handicap accessible as well. Strollers can be brought in and parked in our lobby.

What if there’s a snow storm?Check our website for live updates. We will likely be up and running!

Does a parent or guardian need to be with the child at all times?All children must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times. This is NOT a drop off facility.

Is there a place for my personal belongings?We are not responsible for personal belongings. However, we do have lockers, shoe racks and parking for strollers.

Are you a nut-free facility?We do NOT serve any foods containing nuts, and we request that guests do NOT bring nuts or any products containing nuts into our facility. However, we cannot guarantee that nuts are not being brought into our play space. So if your child has a severe nut allergy please be aware of those eating near you.

What is your sick child policy?Please be considerate and do not bring any child(ren) into House of Fun when they are ill or have a communicable medical condition (e.g. lice, coxsackie, strep throat, measles, whooping cough, etc.). If they have had a fever within the last 24 hours before your planned visit, please do not bring them into the play space. We reserve the right to restrict admission and/or send the child home, when, in our opinion, that child is ill or risks the health or well being of other children. We want to keep House of Fun a healthy and safe environment for all kids to play!

Do I need to bring socks to play?Please no bare feet! Socks are required for all inflatables. We also request you to remove shoes in the infant zone. If you forget, we sell socks at our reception desk for $5.
